And I watch that same pattern play out with other ambitious leaders every day.
I’ll tell you more about my journey in a second, but first, I want to tell you why it’s so important to be radically aligned with your gifts and who you are. As a leader, you have a profound purpose.
Whenever you’re out of alignment with yourself, your purpose, or the gifts you’ve been given to bring the fullness of who you are to fruition, you leak energy. And when you leak your energy, it depletes you mentally, physically, and emotionally. It may look like exhaustion, income caps, or even feeling like something is missing. But whenever your alignment isn’t on point, the very things that make you special (make you YOU!), begin to atrophy.
This is what happened to me, and why I’ve dedicated my life to helping people like you become radically aligned with their purpose, their gifts, and their fulfillment.
MY STORY
I’m Deidre Sirianni, and today I am a TEDx speaker, spiritual guide, leadership strategist, and love coach.
I travel the world, I live fully from my gifts, and I have had the pleasure of supporting hundreds of people on their journey of awakening to their highest selves and full potential.
But it wasn’t always this way.
For over two decades I lived a dual life, swallowed my truth, settled for the 70% of what I wanted in all aspects of my life. I felt like I was playing small.
From the outside, I looked like a leader, and like I was the happiest person everyone knew. But on the inside, it felt like my soul was being crushed, like I was failing at life.

THE BREAKDOWN
The truth was that I had disconnected from my intuition due to years of unhealed trauma and abusive relationships.
I got really good at checking things off of “the list”: Get married, buy a house, start a business, be successful.
My life looked so good to everyone else around me that even I was drinking the Kool-Aid. All the boxes were checked, the list was complete—this was it, right?
What everyone else strives for?
Then why wasn’t I happy? Why did I carry around this feeling of things not being quite right, even though to everyone else, I looked like the luckiest woman on the planet?
That illusion didn’t last. Spirit knocked me on my head with manifestations of disease, depression, and a list of Universal signs that no one could ignore.
THE BREAKTHROUGH
In the throes of an awakening that felt more like judgment day, I had no choice but to fully surrender and embrace my true path. I studied with Shamans for a decade among other things to find my truth and master the art of healing and supporting others.
It became clear that every trauma, transition, lie I lived, and radical change I had experienced was a part of me becoming ready to serve others in ways I would have never been able to without the life experiences I’ve had.
This is the difference of being radically aligned and leaking your energy.
I went from disease and depression to fulfilled and thriving because I prioritized my alignment and healing to quell that feeling that I wasn’t living up to my potential.
